Cordova APP - Can I show the camera feed in the container?

I am using ionicFramework with Cordova to create an application. My requirement is to show the (front) camera feed inside my application (say, in the upper right corner of the application).

Unfortunately, "cordovaCapture" does not work for me. "navigator.camera" simply opens the camera view, but my requirement is to show its feed in the container so that it also does not meet the requirements.

I also tried the backgroundvideo plugin.

Please help me in understanding whether it is possible to access the camera without leaving the usual approach to the application? Please share any findings.
