In org-mode, how to split the current section and go to the top level

In org mode, the normal hierarchy is as follows:

* Section 1 Content of section 1 ** Section 1-1 Content of section 1-1 ** Section 1-2 Content of section 1-2

As I understand it, everything after the heading refers to this section until it encounters another (higher or lower) heading.

But is it possible to split the current section without using a different header and continue the contents of the previous section? Sort of:

 * Section 1 Content of section 1 ** Section 1-1 Content of section 1-1 ** Section 1-1 end Content of section 1 continues ... ** Section 1-2 Content of section 1-2 ** Section 1-2 ends Content of section 1 continues ...

In the same problem, the org-mode address list was.

A few suggestions, but in the end, the need for simplicity and compatibility with LaTeX, DocBook, and traditional book / article structures seems more important than the ability to continue content after subtitles.

In addition, the continuation of the content after the end of the subheading section is generally not obvious to the reader.

One suggested workaround is to use lists as sub-content. This is quite obvious in the markup, as well as for the reader.
