CSS responsive design on mobile does not work on uc browser and opera mini

Question

Responsive website in UC and Opera browser does not work properly (we used media request for flexible design). I searched around it, I found some links:

We are looking at google nexus-5.

the site works correctly on google chrome, but not in UC and in the Opera mini-browser.

Opera mini and UC Browser have partial Javascript support and do not support the three-dimensional transformation used for flexible menus, for example, using Foundation and Bootstrap frames (since these browsers are also not mentioned in the compatibility list). In addition, they don’t download gifs, you need to use svg images instead, because both compress their assets before downloading, which makes it much faster compared to other browsers.

You can fix this by detecting both browsers and fixing it using HTML with jQuery Mobile.

if babel is used with the programmed response-transform-remove-inline-elements element settings, your javascript will not run in the UC mobile browser. I found this problem when using the Kriasoft jet starter.
