Turn off the backlight

Question

I want to disable PHPStorm annoying backlighting for things not related to the bug.

I read their docs that say, to go to settings -> editor-> checks. I unselected for SQL, but I still get this green highlight for no reason:

How to disable this? This is pretty distracting.

This is a language injection in action.
