Return import.io url

I am using Import.io to catalog assets on a client blog.

Everything works fine for me, and I see excellent results, but when I make a mass extract, I get several results less than me, about 145 against 150 or so.

I followed this up and found that several URLs had changed since then, and I sorted them with another call step.

Now I know that I'm testing the correct URLs, but I still get the same result, although now it's 148 against 150.

I need to manually track which ones have not been returned since import.io just reports 148 URLs. When I track them and request them separately, they always work fine.

Has anyone else had this problem? I must train several teams very soon, and they will fight this step.

I asked for their support team, but no one has returned yet. Does anyone help me?

You are right: manually figuring out which URLs are failing and then re-requesting them through Bulk Retrieval is the only way to make sure that you get all your data.

I am working for Import.io, and we are working on the option "Repeat failed URLs" in Bulk Extract, which will be released soon and should solve this problem. This is a relatively new feature, and we are still developing some breaks.
