TFS version control shows no conflicts

Currently, I have moved TFS from one equipment to another equipment, and since when someone checks the code and the other receives this version, he simply replaces the code, showing any conflict warning.

This is not a merge of code, just replacing it with another version.

I do not know why this is happening. Please submit your offer

Why don't you use a different file comparison program for this. You can use Beyond Compare and add it to TFS. This may be more useful to you.
