Will Windows Server 2012 come out or shut down?

Question

I am connected to RDP on a remote server.

I just want to leave, and I have two options: 1) Log out 2) Disable

What is the difference between the two?

• Exit - interrupt sessions and all active programs that you run in the session. Same as Logout or Logout.
• Disable - all the programs you run in the session remain active in the background. You can reconnect and continue to use the same session.
