Turn off ReSharper Navigation Browser

I recently downloaded Visual Studio 2015, which installed .NET 4.6 and ReSharper by opening the Exception Browser to warn me

Unsupported FrameworkVersion 4.6

Now every time I open Visual Studio (2013), the ExS Browser opens on top of it and does not allow me to get to the editor until I close the dialog box. Sometimes there are exceptions, sometimes they are not, the way it is.

Now it was more of an annoyance than anything. Is there any way

a.) Stop it on opening if there are no exceptions

or

b.) Turn if fully off

Turns out I used the "check-build" (for debugging or diagnostic purposes) of the ReSharper used for. I used Build 8.2.3000.5195 , which I downloaded from the ReSharper website, so I'm not sure how I ended up with a verified build, but as soon as I installed Build 8.2.3000.5176 , it seems to have solved the problem.
