The error message tells you what you are doing wrong. It looks like you are trying to import the Sense / Net package into the application pool (server level) and you need to import it to the site.

In the "Sites" folder, right-click on the "sensenet" site and import it using the "Expand" menu and then "Import Application ..." as shown below.
