Sql injection can someone explain this code to me

Question

I saw this sql injection / attack on one of my servers and would like to know what it is trying to do. I know that this is an attack, and after searching the Internet, I see that it is used a lot, but I do not see an explanation of what it does, and what is a hex or binary file. Here is the attack

What I would like to know is why "999999.9", what is "0x39313335313435363237322e39". When this attack works, what information will the hackers or the changes they made to the database have. Last, can this attack run over and over / server failure?

Any explanation for this code would be greatly appreciated.

So, since it is used a lot , I would present my answer.

In my opinion, the purpose of these queries is to check for the presence or absence of an SQL injection. This is part of the query that is trying to enter:

 999999.9 UNION ALL SELECT "91351456272.9","91351456272.9",...,"91351456272.9" and '1'='1 

The intent of the attacker is to complete the request this way:

 SELECT * FROM table WHERE field=999999.9 UNION ALL SELECT "91351456272.9","91351456272.9",...,"91351456272.9" 

If field not cleared, and only if the number of columns used in the UNION SELECT matches the query columns, most likely the line 91351456272.9 will appear somewhere on the page.

This will be confirmed by the attacker of the vulnerability on the page.
