What is the entropy of the frequency domain as a result of FFT and how to calculate it?

I am a programmer, but I don’t know what to say in mathematics. I recently read an article that mentioned the entropy of the frequency domain, he calculated this thing from the FFT power spectrum, but didn't tell me how to do it. I cannot find enough information on the Internet to understand what it is. I am grateful for any help.

Frequency domain entropy, also known as spectral entropy (power) calculation, is performed in the following steps:

  • Calculate the FFT of your signal.

  • Calculate the PSD of your signal by simply squaring the amplitude spectrum and scaling it with the number of frequency cells.
