Mass download of IAP using application loader, price levels

I get this:

Row 1 has an unknown In-App purchase price tier: 2.

How can it be an unknown price level? I tried several different ones, such as 3 and 4, but did not go.

In addition, on the corresponding problem, there seems to be no way to get the current price levels in the Application Loader (the drop-down list is very empty), so I can’t edit / set the price level for IAP even manually using the Application Loader interface. Is AL a lot of audition?

After searching, I found that the Loader 3.1 application was listening. Using Application Loader 3.0, I no longer have an unknown price level. Download link here

Found this problem and was able to solve it using Excel. Basically, when you open a file for editing in Excel, you need to save it again using the UTF-16 Unicode Text (.txt) format rather than other text formats. This requirement was specified in the Application Loader documentation.

You also need to check that there are no extra spaces or quotation marks in front of individual cells.

I had the same error as the original poster, but after using Excel to edit the file and re-save it in UTF-16 Unicode Text (.txt) format, it worked perfectly with Application Loader 3.4.
