Cordova run ios --device does not start application for device

I configured for Cordova 5.0 and started using the iOS app. Successful creation and launch of the application on the simulator. For the device, I use Xcode to run the application. ios-deploy -c: result

[....] Waiting for iOS device to be connected [....] Found iPad 2 'Ipad' (DeviceID) connected through USB. [....] Found (null) connected through USB.

When starting with the device using the command

 cordova run ios --device

Build the app successfully and show

** BUILD SUCCEEDED ** [....] Waiting for iOS device to be connected [....] Found iPad 2 'IPad' (deivceId) connected through USB. run

And he does not install the application on the device. I also tried cordova run ios --target="Ipad" cordova run ios --device --target="Ipad" doesn't work either

Also for ios-deploy my iphone is not displayed, Found (null) connected through USB. returned Found (null) connected through USB. IPad version: 7.x, iphone version: 8.x, ios-deploy version: 1.6.0
