Don't see the app extension option in Xcode?

I am working on creating an application that has Todays Widget. When I go to Xcode and start a new project, I don’t see the "Application Extension" option. Please check the screenshots below.

Im using Xcode version 6.3

Please help me how to enable the app extension option

After creating a new project.

Go to File → New → Target .

You will see all expansion options.

It is like you need an application for your extension, you cannot just create a standalone stand.
