Azure blob CacheControl not applicable

Question

I created a new blob and the specified CacheControl equal to max-age=31536000, must-revalidate (I tested it on the Azure Portal). Now that my blob is loaded by the browser, I see the following:

 Status Code:304 The condition specified using HTTP conditional header(s) is not met. Cache-Control:max-age=0 

I am worried about Cache-Control. Why doesn’t he represent the value indicated by me? Am I doing something wrong?

error 304 means "not changed", which indicates that the blob has been cached on the client! This is the expected behavior.
