Do I need a Microsoft Face interface for Azure?

I would like to implement the Microsoft Face API , but the registration link leads to Microsoft Azure. Does this mean that I must be a paid Azure Cloud client in order to use it? Does this also mean that it cannot be used on a site running on a Linux server?

The Face API is on the Azure Market. It's free and here are the details:

The free offer provides all Face API features that include face detection, face verification, searching for similar faces, grouping faces, and personal identification. With this free plan, accessing the Person API limits 20 transactions per minute and 5,000 transactions per month.

After that, the primary and secondary keys are created. Here is the reference documentation link: https://dev.projectoxford.ai/docs/services/54d85c1d5eefd00dc474a0ef/operations/54f0375749c3f70a50e79b82

You can register for a free trial of Azure and use the market.

This is a REST API, so you should not have a problem with your Linux server.
