In terms of node and AngularJS and Node ... you only have a few options available to you.
- The most likely option is a "hybrid" report using native HTML and a wireframe, such as D3.

- It looks like the only NodeJs reporting solution at the moment, different from the specified route.
- If you have access to other technology stacks, you can create a report server and offer users a download link. (But then its not strictly Angular / Node)
