If you are not using itemid , consumers cannot be sure that two (or more) items are (roughly) the same. Therefore, they would know that your Product element has two AggregateRating elements. Consumers may try to deduce that both elements should be the same (for example, comparing url values), but it is better not to rely on this.
So you should use the itemid attribute (Schema.org does not claim to support it yet, which requires Microdata, but according to this problem , designed to document it someday), providing both of your AggregateRating elements with the same URI.
But consumers do not necessarily support itemid , so they may have trouble guessing that these items are about the same.
Ideally: tag only one occurrence (per document) using Schema.org.
