Azure Error 403 this site is stopped

I have an asp.net mvc5 website running on an azure website and it is disconnecting from the D1 common infrastructure.

In the last couple of days, I have had several problems deploying to it. It was sometimes not possible to deploy. (I messed up my site name)

Error 26 The network deployment task could not be completed. (Failed to connect to the remote control computer ("#####. Scm.azurewebsites.net") using the specified process ("Web Management Service") because the server did not respond. Make sure the process (" Web Management Service ") is running on a remote computer. Find out more: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=221672#ERROR_COULD_NOT_CONNECT_TO_REMOTESVC .)

And now, when I deploy, I get

Error 403 - This web application has stopped.

. When I look at the azure portal, it says that the site is working, and I do not see anything in ftp logfiles \ http \ rawlogs \, which will indicate this problem. those. I can just see the 200 responses the site last answered.

Restarting the site through the portal does not seem to matter.

How can I diagnose the cause of this problem? and is it possible that this could be due to any changes made by me to my application, and not to a server infrastructure problem?

You may run into quota issues if your site is in SHARED mode. Try switching to STANDARD mode.

I had the same problem. Our site was not in shared mode, and scaling up / down to another service plan helped for a moment, but the problem quickly resumed.

It turned out that the intermediate environment was bad.

To fix the problem, I had to swap, delete the intermediate segment, and then wait ~ 30 minutes before I can recreate it (I got errors saying that the host name still exists).
