How to get mac or IPAddress address from cisco callmanager?

Is there a way to get either the MAC address or the IP address of the phones on the Cisco server using Callmanager version 6 via axl using VB.net?

The server can retrieve the IP address itself to use the phone, and not in the database received from the server.

You can download the WSDL file from the CallManager server. Then, with the methods enabled, you can call getPhone, and it's pretty simple. If you want to do this more manually, you can use the method from this blog post:
