Bauer Sails - What Have I Missed?

I struggled with this and would appreciate any help you can offer. I have a new sails installation and have configured it to use rudders. He pulls himself perfectly.

I installed the gazebo using

npm i sails-generate-bower 

After quick

 bower install bootstrap --save 

I see that he created bootstrap files in

 /bower_components //the root of my project 

What should I do now to make sure that when I upgrade, I have Bootstrap files in the right places?

You either configure the pipeline of your resource config/tasks/pipeline.js , or HERE a similar question and a valid answer.
