How to open a webview inside a frame in Ionic?

I need to download the HTML code inside the frame on a page in the Ionic app without opening a new window or closing the rest of the page.

The idea is to create a frame that opens a web page without covering or violating the rest of the page, such as the title, buttons, etc.

Basically, what I want to do is equivalent to Android WebView in the Ionic framework application.

Is it possible?

There is not much code, this is a simple "Message Details" page for a messaging application, namely that the messages should be displayed as a web page.

You just want to show any webview in your application with your title. Yes, this is possible with an iframe html tag . But this is only possible for http web views, not for https web views such as paypal.
