"No pre-installed iOS devices are available with a compatible version of iOS" after the update

I had Xcode 6.3 beta and iOS 8.3 beta, I upgraded to publicly available final versions, and now I can not start anything when I get this error:

No pre-installed iOS devices are available with a compatible iOS version. Connect an iOS device with a sufficiently new version of iOS to launch the application or select the iOS simulator as the destination.

I tried everything that other messages said, with no luck (my iPhone is "used for development", Base SDK = latest iOS (iOS 8.3), Xcode 6.3 (6D570), iOS 8.3 (12F70), Deployment target = 8.0, remote derived data restarted Xcode opened iTunes)

Does anyone have the same problem?

Have you tried this one?

For Xcode 6.3, go to Menu: Product> Destination> and select the name of your device . Although he says that your device is not authorized, it will allow you to choose a device. What is it!

If your device version → = target version, the assembly will work.

Ask yourself:

Is your iPhone updated to version 8.3 (and not beta)?

Is your base project SDK below your device?

This only happens if the underlying SDK is less than the version of your device or if the deployment target is higher than the version of your device.

Your application should work if the Base SDK> = device> = deployment target.

I had the same problem, restarting did not fix anything.

On the general tab of the project, select the goal of the application that you want to create. Change the deployment target to the latest (8.3). You should now be able to create for the device. Select the old deployment target and it will still be created for the device.
