Problems Setting Up Tax Information in iTunesConnect

I am trying to set up "Tax Info" in my iTunes Connect account. Only a few fields are available for editing. It has fields with numbers 3, 5 and the "Title" field.

So, there’s nowhere to go wrong, but I’m definitely doing something wrong, because I get the same message again and again, "Please make sure to fill out all the required fields correctly" .

I assume that the problem is in the "Title" field, but I do not understand what I am doing wrong. Or there may be a problem in the "Name of Person Making this Declaration" field. I don’t know what name should be there, my or bank account holder?

Can someone explain to me where my mistake is, because there is no useful information on the Internet.

I think I should also say that I am not a US resident, so my answers to the first three questions are "No."

Thanks.

It seems that in my case it was an error on the side of Apple, because today, when I again tried to set up tax information, it was unexpectedly accepted.

Also, as Thomas Watson wrote, here on the Apple website there is a discussion in which people from all over the world complain about the same problem, so everything indicates that this is an error in the Apple website system.

And also, what is written on iTunesConnect helps: "If your bank account information is in the process for more than 24 hours, it usually indicates missing tax information."

So, Linus G. was wrong when he said: "Make sure the bank account is valid and accepted before proceeding with the tax information." You must set up your tax information because without it you cannot accept .

There is an open issue on the Apple Support Community website, which is only a few days old. So this seems like a bug in their systems:

Before creating tax information, you need to set up a bank account. Before proceeding to the tax information, make sure that the bank account is valid and accepted.

Your name should be Mr. or Mrs., not the developer: D - And no, the name should not be the owner of a bank account.
