Make a GtkHeaderBar App Using Glade

I am trying to develop a Gtk application using a clearing but am stuck in creating GtkHeaderBars.

This video says that the HeaderBars feature will already be implemented in Glade: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sw3Gn7Ms76E
But not a single option for designing the client side, as well as the actual Headerbar widget, exists in the latest version of Glade (3.18.3)

Is there a workaround for this?

I know you can encode these things manually, but I would like to invest it in the Glade workflow.

I think you can use JHBUILD ( https://developer.gnome.org/jhbuild/stable/ ) to create the current version of git or to develop Glade. Perhaps the video was made in the same way.
