I need help resolving a bug affecting an app in a play store.
Crash report in the Play Developer console:
- This failure is limited only to some Android 4.4 devices .
- Failure cannot be played on the emulator
- The stack trace is done in native code (and not in Java), so it’s very difficult to see where this error is caused
- The study suggests that it has something to do with bitmap processing
I would really appreciate if someone who has seen this before can shed some light.
