Jenkins: How to reset the job The build ID should be in the same format as Jenkins Global?

For some reason, the BUILD_ID environment variable for all jobs in all projects is set to BUILD_NUMBER.

The global environment variables by typing http: //jenkins_server/env-vars.html display the correct format "YYYY-MM-DD_hh-mm-ss". This is displayed at workplace 22:

BUILD_DISPLAY_NAME # 22 BUILD_ID 22 BUILD_NUMBER 22

How to reset JOB_ID back to the same as global using the same timestamp?

Are you using the Zen Timestamp plugin ? If so, you can edit the "Date for BUILD_ID configuration" configuration under "Managing Jenkins" → "Configure System" in the "Global Properties" section.
