Failed to list folder contents in latest phpstorm version

I have the latest phpstorm version downloaded today. When uploading files to a remote server, I click on the update icon on the remote host, then phpstorm displays an error; it was not possible to list the contents of the phpstorm folder . How can i fix this?

Go to Tools Deployment Configuration Advanced Options . Check out the Always use LIST command .

It works like magic!

Go to Tools> Deployment> Configuration> Advanced Options and select Passive Mode.

It worked for me!

none of these settings worked for me. in my settings, I didn’t even have a passive mode (intelligent idea).

So, what I did was look for the server directory using the php info file (I downloaded it using another ftp tool that could list directories: forward), and then rebuilt this path inside tools / deployment / root path .
