Split maps, as in the example with Google Material Design

Question

I want to introduce another Activity and a CardView that contains login / password fields divided by 3 and each one becomes a round CardView .

At the moment, I tried to make a transition with a common element. the problem is that I have to set 3 pairs of common transitions, so when it starts, 2 more CardView , and then they become Button s. This is an example from google: Video
