I don't know how to get sublimelinter-html-tidy to work

I have sublime text 3, but after I installed sublimelinter-html-tidy through "Package Control: Install Package", nothing has changed. I also have Emmit, Bracket Highlighter, Side Bar and several others installed on my Sublime 3, and they all do what they have to do. They work. Only sublimelinter-html-tidy does nothing, even if it is in my installed packages.

Any help, or if someone could point me in the right direction, would be great.

When installing new packages, I highly recommend reading the documentation on packagecontrol.io . In the case of SublimeLinter-html-tidy you will notice that there are two prerequisites: SublimeLinter3 and tidy . First, please read the SublimeLinter docs to find out what the plugin is, how it works and how to configure specific lints. Make sure you read the installation instructions. Then install and configure SublimeLinter using package management.

To run SublimeLinter-html-tidy , you need to install tidy on your system. Instructions are given in the documents I linked above. After installing it and checking your PATH , as described in the SublimeLinter docs, you need to configure tidy . The documentation is here .
