How to drag / rearrange an element check item in google chrome?

I am using a Google Chrome browser. I right-click β†’ the check item to open the check item tool. This is what I see on the screen right now.

Is there a way to move / move the item verification tool to the bottom of the browser screen? I tried to find this https://www.google.com/#q=drag+and+drop+inspect+element , but only found results for shortcuts to open the validation item tool.

You can click and hold the small two squares icon next to the close icon, and it will show the ability to move DevTools from the bottom:

A half-filled rectangle will move DevTools to the side / bottom, and overlapping squares will pull DevTools from your browser into a separate window.

My answer is based on Chrome 59, but currently applies to previous versions since then.

As shown in the figure, you can click on 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner, then the menu below will appear, there you can click on your preferred layout (the darkened part of the window shows where you want to place the toolbar). In your case, select the icon with the lower layout.

There is a dock icon in front of the close icon in the check item.
If the dock looks like a single-window icon, simply click on it to switch the scan item between the bottom and the right.
If the docking icon is similar to the double-window icon, click and hold the icon, and then move the cursor to the separate window icon (which appears shortly after clicking the icon).
