Avoid "Press ENTER to Continue" in Vim When Entering Help Pages

When I edit C files, I want to use the K key to open the man pages directly, and then press q inside the man pages to exit and return directly to Vim. Every time I do this, I see Press ENTER to continue , which I would like to avoid.

How to do it?

What I tried: using silent , setting cmdheight to 2 - none of these problems solved the problem.

If you want to skip this message for man pages only, this should do:

 :nnoremap K K<CR> :vnoremap K K<CR>
