How to get console logs from iOS 8 devices using Windows PC

Question

I know that you can get iOS 8 console logs in xcode 6 using a Mac. But I could not find a way to get console logs from a Windows PC. I could not get console logs using IPCU for iOS 8 as Apple is not yet supported. I basically want my client to send me console logs, but he uses a Windows PC. Is it possible to get console logs for iOS 8 devices using a Windows PC?
