Can I confirm that the Facebook login API ( https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/v2.2 ) is based on OpenID Connect ( http://openid.net/connect/ )?

No, it is not now. Uses OAuth2 (also used by OIDC)

Signing in to Google is based on OpenID Connect .

I’m not sure that the answer to your question is yes, because the rest of the page only talks about logging in with Google.
