I am experiencing the following error: - Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate Update 1 Update (same with Update 3)

Description error:
- UI XAML Designer does not work (see attached exception)
- Intellisense in the XAML file does not work (no prompts).

Exception

Removing and reinstalling did not fix.
Has anyone experienced this?

Edit: Also, the properties tab is empty for each XAML control.

Windows 10 is currently a technical preview and is not intended for you to develop; you need to wait for the Windows 10 Developer Preview so that you can start coding in Windows 10 (which is likely to come out about the BUILD 2015 event, in my opinion).

As the saying goes here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/dn798751.aspx?ocid=wc-mscom-wol

β€œWindows 10 Technical Preview for Enterprise is an early look at some of the features and functionality for Windows 10, the next version of the Windows client operating system. This page offers resources to help you learn about the technical preview for Enterprise, evaluate the compatibility of your applications, and test the new process. updates in place. "

From what I understand from this, you basically need to check your applications and corporate applications on the OS to find out if your company will be able to migrate or not, and not to start coding.

Good luck

EDIT: You looked at the TechNet forum: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?category=WinPreview2014 you can see that they are mainly looking for errors with the OS, and not about how to develop applications.
