What is the equivalent of google / tokeninfo (or facebook / debug_token) for Microsoft Live?

Question

I am working on an oauth implementation based on http://bitoftech.net/2014/06/01/token-based-authentication-asp-net-web-api-2-owin-asp-net-identity/ by Taiseer Joudeh and I want to add support for Microsoft Live.

For Google and Facebook, VerifyExternalAccessToken is responsible for verifying the validity of the received token, as described here https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2UserAgent#validatetoken

I might have missed trivial information, but I cannot find the Live equivalent for this check ...
