Google Developers Console Project Quota

Question

I created 30 projects in the Google Developers Console , including 23 between 12/23 and 12/27. More recently, 3 projects 12/27 have been created. When I tried to create the 4th project 12/27, I received the message You have exceeded the quota for project creations per day. More than 24 hours have passed since then, and I still cannot add new projects.

Is it possible that no one knows what a quota is? Since I waited more than 24 hours after receiving the message before adding any new projects, and only 3 were added 24 hours before, it seems that I called something that has a longer impact, and not just a limit for current day.

I can live with a limit of ~ 20 per day, but not with 30 projects. Is there any other type of account I need for Google? Does anyone have experience in overcoming this or contacting Google directly?

It may not be useful to everyone with this problem, but here's what worked for our needs ...

We created new projects in the Developer Console for each application, so that each of them had its own unique sender key for push notifications. We found that all applications can have the same sender key if the push notification server (AWS SNS in our case) can distinguish delivery goals in other ways that we perform using the packet identifier when devices register for push. Finally, we did not need to create unique projects for each application.

He does not answer questions about what the limits are or how to get past them as soon as they are reached, but they provided the funds to the end that we were looking for.

So, I came across this a few months ago. At that time I did not see a solution. Although, when I tried again today, the error notification was updated with a link to a form where you can request an increase in the project quota for your account. This is probably the current role at the moment (I do not understand this in all my accounts).
