Can I create a Cordova app online?

I am making an application using the PhoneGap system.

PhoneGap provides a build function ( http://build.phonegap.com ) that allows us to create a packaged application in the cloud . No need to install the SDK locally to create the application.

Is there any way to create cordova app online

You can also use the Intel XDK platform. I found it very useful to develop in brackets + chrome and test and build in intel xdk. They have a very powerful emulator (above the afik ripple). Also, intel-xdk is becoming more powerful every day, and they are actively improving it.

To create a cordova application in Intel, you do not need to change anything in the code.
