Disable Mandrill Transaction URL Tracking

I use simple SMTP settings to send emails from my application using Mandrill. However, Mandrill captures the links and enters its own URLs so that the link redirects through their servers. This causes the user to view the mandarin URL in their browser before navigating to the desired page. Any way to disable this?

I looked through the settings and could not find it.

On the Default Sending page, your account has an option that is designed to track clicks (there should be a drop-down menu at the top, just below the tracking flag opens). What you select will be used by default for all messages unless you specify a different value for click tracker messages. With SMTP, you can configure click tracking for each message using custom SMTP headers. For more information on using SMTP headers for configuration, see Mandrill KB here .

It is also easy to disable click tracking for a single link using the mc: disable-tracking parameter.

<a href="//example.com" mc:disable-tracking> Click here to confirm your email </a>

The extra option will be removed when sending email, and click tracking will not be applied to this link.

See: documentation .
