Eclipse Juno has no Run menu or toolbar button

I am trying to follow the Android Development tutorial - this page: http://developer.android.com/training/basics/firstapp/running-app.html

I am stuck - I cannot start the application. The instructions say: "Open one of your project files and click" Run "on the toolbar." However, there is no Run button on the toolbar, and there is no obvious way to select Run from the drop-down menu on the menu bar (see Screenshot below).

Further on this page, the instructions say: β€œIn Eclipse, click on the Android Virtual Device Manager toolbar.” This button does not exist either!

Am I missing something really obvious? I am in the Java perspective and I tried Window β†’ Reset Perspective, but I can not start the application.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: In Window -> Customize Perspective -> Menu Visibility , I only have this - ticking Run, unfortunately, doesn’t add anything - and does not tick the launch in the "Toolbar Visibility" section when I try to get the error Launch cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable null command group. Would you like to switch to the Command Group Availability tab? Launch cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable null command group. Would you like to switch to the Command Group Availability tab? .

Do not modify the BuildConfig.java file, this file is created using android sdk.

You can download the video about installing Android. Help yourself improve.
