Crop Square on iOS 8 UIImagepicker off center

Has anyone else noticed that in iOS 8 the square crop tool that you get when allowEditing is set to true is out of center?

For example, in the image I cannot move the square to capture the lower parts of the image; he continues to hustle back.

I have no idea how, but I completely deleted the line "View line in the control panel based on the controller" (just completely delete this line) in the .plist file and fixed this error
