The easiest way is to install the same version of WAMP in the same folder structure in a different partition (unless you have an additional external drive to use partitions). For example, if your current WAMP that causes the error is in C:/wamp64 , set the duplicate to D:/wamp64 .
After this process of copying the contents of wampmanager.ini from the new installation and replace wampmanager.ini old installation (open the file using Notepad, delete the existing material and replace it with the copied content).
Then replace the drive letter with the old drive letter (ie D:/wamp64 to C:/wamp64 ) and save the file. (you will have two lines to change this letter).
That's all. You are ready and good to go.
