Error loading project: Include unrecognized attribute

After combining the two branches in Visual Studio, I have problems loading the project. When I try to restart, I always get an error

The Include attribute in the Reference element is not recognized.

I have no idea why this happened ... how can I get the solution to download the project again? Has anyone come across this error message and knew what I should look for in order to find the problem?

At first glance ... csproj doesn't really look corrupt ...

I found an error ... there was a merge conflict with the Reference-Tag without the close tag, since it was removed during the merge.

For me, the answer from xeraphim actually showed me the right direction, but for me I had an additional tag in my csProj file, I hope this helps someone.
