Failed to set up test flights building iOS 8

Thank you for using iOS 8 and a test flight to install test builds. When I try to install, I get an error message:

"Failed to install (application name) wide.profile.inactive" <--- this is not the package identifier I have ever used.

Is the settings profile you are creating an application with valid? Does the profile include the device number (UDID) on which the application is installed?

You probably know this, but to check, go to: https://developer.apple.com/ → Member Center → Certificates → Provisioning Profiles

Try removing the @ 3x iPhone 6 application icon from the application package.
