CRM 2013: Global JavaScript

I need to have a JavaScript file available globally in the MS CRM 2013 installation. I need to use it on every page / frame. To do this, I am ready to go with any unsupported configuration (except in cases not available in MS CRM Online).

Do you know what work approaches can be?

I found one article , however it is based on MS CRM 2011 and does not work in version 2013.
