Does POSIX have a change log?

Is there a document with a detailed description of what has been changed from one version of POSIX to another? I am looking for something in a table view that details what has changed from version 2004 to 2008

Grade. There Rationale - one section for each volume. Find "Change History."

If I missed something, there seems to be no way to see what has changed, except that it has been added or removed, except for visiting the page of each function / utility / etc.

As I mentioned in another Q&A, you can start with a tag representing a specific POSIX revision, and then click “attached problems”. "Due to the way Mantis webapp handles URLs, I cannot provide the link directly to the list of issues.

I do not know if they will compile the database into a single text file; I don’t see the benefits, since the bug tracking database is already searchable.
