I am not sure how and when this happened. But it annoys him, and I canβt find a way to fix it.
I use subversion, and when I open the VCS commit window, the area for the commit message has a white background. Nice, but I use white text with a very dark background (settings-> color-> general-> default text). For unknown reasons, this message area receives all the properties of the "default text", except for the background color. Thus, I do not see anything that I am writing, since it is white on white. I have to highlight the text (that the foreground / background really works) to see my errors.
Does anyone know what controls the background color and where to find it?
