PayPal webpage not available in Chrome

I just went through the PayPal Express Checkout Digital Product Integration Wizard at https://devtools-paypal.com/integrationwizard/ecdigitalgoods .

I'm having a problem with Chrome.

When you click the "Pay with PayPal" button, it is expected that a new browser window will open and will gladly inform you that it is "loading", but only when you can expect to see the page, Chrome reports that "The web page is not available."

The page Chrome was trying to load is https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/incontext?token= ....

Ultimately, this seems like an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET problem.

Visiting the same page in Safari does not create an error, but rather allows you to pay as expected.

Has anyone had a similar issue in Chrome or other browsers? Can you offer a solution?

I just stumbled upon this post and wanted to provide some (albeit late) reviews. Most problems in the sandbox are caused by cookies (in most cases, due to the combination of cookies and the sandbox and the resulting conflicting information).

if you open a private / incognito browsing session, the problem should go away.

If this is not the case, write a ticket using paypal.com/mts

In addition, https://devtools-paypal.com/guide/digitalgoods_ec shows how to integrate the PP SDK (the integration wizard is a bit outdated)

If you cannot open a private / incognito session, you can open the inspector => Application => Browse to the cookies section and delete all cookies.
