Time zone in a cloud foundry

What is the default time zone when publishing my application in the cloud? How to change the time zone, if there is such an option?

Any reference to this feature is appreciated.

The clock on run.pivotal.io is set to UTC. If you are deploying there, you will need to adjust the time using your application. If you use your own instance of Cloud Foundry and want all components to work in a different time zone than UTC, I believe that you will need to create a miracle order to re-configure the time zone for each task.

Personally, I believe that your best option is to stick to UTC and bias using your application code.
