Spatial / DBGeography Property Index for Entity Framework Code First

Question

I have the first draft of EF code (6.1), and one of its models has the DbGeography property (which will contain only POINT fields) with which I will execute queries.

I am declaring custom indexes following the official guide , however it lacks details regarding indexes for spatial members / properties, and I was wondering how can I create them through Code First?

The base database will / will be SQL Server 2012 if it plays any role.
